Preparing an item for resale is very important. Making sure it is clean, repaired and in the best possible condition will make it easier to sell. If the item is not in this condition, consider making a donation it a local non-profit or Thrift Store.

After the item is in good order, it will be priced and prepared for presentation. Depending on the market it could include photographing and writing a description.
